update, update...

Garage door panel has been installed. With some reinforcement and from all the signs we can see right now, it's working wonderfully.

Jerome is still skeptical and just waiting to see if something will go wrong. In the meantime, he checked out the remotes and installed the remote keypad in the house and they all seem to be working fine.

Fingers crossed.

Good luck, stuff like that can be so frustrating, the so called experts should know better yet since they are the experts they are unwilling to listen to your suggestions. I hope the reinforced door lasts for a long time.

Did they credit you for the first panel since they installed reinforcements in the door?

We're still waiting for the answer to that. Jerome doesn't want Mike to come out for a week or so, just to make sure everything is working fine.

We think we should only have to pay for the reinforcement and the labor for this past Saturday. Anything beyond that should be eaten up by Dynamic Doors. We'll see.
