a night out with friends...

Went out last night with a couple of couples to see a Murder Mystery at Andiamo Celebrity Showroom; “Who Wants to Murder a Millionaire?”.

I see these friends about once a year, and would like to see them a bit more, but as I get older, I have less time to just visit. I’ve got places to go and…well, you get the gist.

The Dinner Theater wasn’t what I think any of us were expecting. It was just a banquet hall with round tables and the actors did their improv around all of us.

It was cute, but hardly fantastic.

Being the one that plans these events, I feel a bit responsible that a good time was had by all. I can’t determine if this was the case.

We sat with a couple of ladies that we didn’t know, which turned out to be a good thing because they figured out “who done it” way before the rest of us did…oh and filled out the little piece of paper prior to the whole table deliberating. This was a bit ballsy of them I thought, but as it turns out – their guess was correct and the table won a bunch of tickets to Beatlemania slotted for September 11. AND our table was the ONLY table that guessed the correct person was the “murderer”. Crazy.

I can't see my husband going to something like that at all. But I like to try everything once.

How was the food? Was it prepared by Andiamo chefs?

I have a friend who retired and is now about to graduate from chef college or whatever it is called. He always raves about Andiamo.

We had a good time! It was completely different, outside of the norm. I had no idea what to expect, so I wasn't overly surprised that it was a banquet room.

Thank you for getting us all together. So yes, my dear, ya done good.
